Timothy J. Purdie<\/h3>

Taking over the role of Chairman of the Board from the former Prof. Charles Ume, Timothy J. Purdie brings a solid track record of success and over 29 years of experience to his role on the Akrometrix Board of Directors.<\/p>

Timothy served as President and CEO of Akrometrix LLC from October 2008 until July 2015. Prior to his tenure at Akrometrix, he was President of Westgate International Ltd., a consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, value-sell, and lean manufacturing. Prior to Westgate International Ltd. he was Vice President of Sonix Corporation, an innovative semiconductor test and measurement company.<\/p>

Timothy also serves on the Board of Directors for J2M Test Solutions and the Darmark Corporation. Timothy obtained a licensed certificate in Radiological Technology from Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelor’s degree in Business from University of Maryland and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Dr. Dirk Zwemer<\/h3><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Dr. Dirk A. Zwemer, Ph.D, serves as the President of InterCAX, LLC. Dr. Zwemer served as Chief Technology Officer of AkroMetrix, LLC and served as its Vice President of Technology. Dr. Zwemer joined Akrometrix in 1995 to help establish R&D, Engineering, Production, Finance and Human Resources functions. Dr. Zwemer was a member of the executive management team at Akrometrix for 13 years and also served as its Executive Vice President of Technology.<\/p>

Dr. Zwemer has over\u00a0fifteen years prior experience in the electronics industry with Bell Labs, as a member of the Technical Staff, ITT as Manager, Advanced Manufacturing and Power Systems and SRI Consulting as a Senior Consultant. He served as General Manager of InterCAX LLC. He is the author of numerous patents, multiple technical papers, trade journal articles and market research reports. <\/span><\/p>

He served as Vice President of Operations and President of AkroMetrix LLC. He serves as a Director of AkroMetrix, LLC. Dr. Zwemer received a B.S. in Chemistry from MIT, a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of California Berkeley and an MBA in Marketing from Santa Clara University.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Mr. McKay is currently a Managing Director, Business Owner Solutions at Baird. Mr. McKay has over 30 years experience in executing middle-market M&A, investment, financial, valuation and other business transactions. Mr. McKay is a member of the Kentucky and Georgia bars, and the Kentucky Society of CPAs. He is credited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.<\/p>

Mr. McKay serves as a director or advisory member of several privately held and family businesses. Mr. McKay has a BS from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a JD (with honors) from the University of Georgia, School of Law.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Dr. Kanayo Frank Ume<\/h3><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Dr. Frank Ume is the brother of the late Akrometrix founder, Dr. Charles Ume.\u00a0 He has joined the Akrometrix board of directors in 2019.\u00a0 Dr. Frank Ume has been a PharmD with a doctorate from Mercer University since 1995, and he remains a practicing pharmacist currently working as a pharmacist at Walmart.\u00a0 Dr. Ume started his career working for Option Care as a staff clinical pharmacist for one year.\u00a0<\/p>

Afterward, he joined a retail pharmacy full time and worked hospital pharmacy for 2 years. Through his career he was worked for Safeway Company, Albertsons, Kmart, Sweetbay,\u00a0 and Community Health Centers of Pinellas.\u00a0 Dr. Ume also received his undergraduate degree from Atlanta Metropolitan College.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
