Neil is a 14 year veteran of Akrometrix and a skilled technologist in both hardware and software implementation. Previously, Neil was the VP of Engineering Akrometrix, responsible for all aspects of the Engineering Department at Akrometrix. Before that Neil was a Technical Account Manager responsible for day to day technical and commercial interaction with our customers and applications expertise.
As President, Neil maintains a focus on our Technology Roadmap which includes long range product development, ongoing continuous improvements, applications, and tactical development activities. He also plays a role in equipment sales, with a focus on the Asia market. Neil joined Akrometrix out of Georgia Tech, where he graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He also has an MBA from Ole Miss.
Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing
Mark has global responsibility for leading the sales and marketing for Akrometrix. Strategically, the focus is leveraging Akrometrix 25 year history serving the Semiconductor/Electronics Assembly markets and expand into other vertical markets and other geographies globally. Working closely with Engineering, another focus is to expand the product portfolio beyond the lab environment and carry Akrometrix technologies on to the production floor.
Mark brings over 30 years of experience throughout his career beginning as an Electrical Design Engineer, into Product Management/Marketing, evolving into various senior sales management roles. He focused his career where gaps existed within organizations and a strategic direction was needed, positioning privately held start-ups for VC funding/M&A activity to creating new departments for larger organizations such as Ericsson, Siemens, Honeywell, and Kulicke & Soffa. Mark has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, has an extensive international background and multi-lingual.
Andrew I. Sinclair
EVP & Chief Financial Officer
Andrew brings to Akrometrix over 30 years of successful financial and general management experience including 17 years as a Chief Financial Officer and 11 years as a Chief Operating Officer. He has significant expertise in manufacturing, distribution and technology companies. He is responsible for all administrative aspects of the LLC as well as Manufacturing.
Andrew was the Controller of Automated Packaging LLC., a full service liquid contract manufacturing company. Prior to this he served in multiple leadership positions to include CFO of Derstine’s Inc., a foodservice distribution company on the Inc. 5000 list, Director of Contracts and Chargebacks with AmerisourceBergen, a Fortune 25 Company, VP of JMC Consultants, Inc., a technology consulting firm and CFO and General Manager of Wissahickon Spring Water Inc. Andrew began his career at the Royal Crown Cola Co. as a financial accountant later moving to Royal Crown Bottling Co. as an Assistant Controller and then Controller. Andrew has a BBA in Accounting from Columbus State University and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
Vice President of Operations
Alex Spradling is a 17 year veteran at Akrometrix, responsible for managing operations, including the improvement of the operational systems, processes and procedures in support of the company’s mission. He plays a significant role in long-term planning, including all initiatives geared toward operational excellence, day-to-day management of production, all aspects of quality, inventory, and facilities. Prior to Akrometrix Alex worked for the Coca-Cola Company as a Supply Quality Engineer and as a Commercialization Engineer, working on projects such as the Gas-Island Vendor and the Glass Front Vendor. Alex joined Akrometrix in 2003 as a Test Engineer. In 2005 he began work as a Mechanical Design Engineer helping the company to design and improve many of its key pieces of equipment. In 2007 he began work as a Quality Engineer. He was promoted to Operations Manager in 2009 and then to Director of Operations in 2012. He was then promoted to Vice President of Operations in January of 2020. Alex holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Management of Technology, both from Georgia Tech. He is also a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
