D. Mayson Brooks
President and CEO

Mayson Brooks is an experienced executive with over 25 years in the semiconductor industry. Prior to his role as President & CEO of Akrometrix, Mayson was SVP, Worldwide Sales, Marketing and Field Operations at Rudolph Technologies, VP of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service at August Technology, Commercial Manager European Electronics at Air Products & Chemicals in London, UK and as the Technical Center Manager for Air Products in Austin, TX. Mayson also served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy. Mayson has a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy, an MBA from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and the General Management Program, Harvard Business School.

Eric J. Moen
Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Eric Moen is responsible for planning, directing, and executing the company’s worldwide sales and marketing initiatives. Eric possesses more than 25 years of experience in sales management within the electronics assembly industry with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in assembly equipment, process tools, production materials and test equipment.

Eric obtained a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. Eric is a charter member of and current officer in the Atlanta Surface Mount Technology Association.

Andrew I. Sinclair
Chief Financial Officer

Andrew brings to Akrometrix over 25 years of successful financial and general management experience including 14 years as a Chief Financial Officer. He has significant expertise in manufacturing, distribution and technology companies.

Andrew was the Controller of Automated Packaging LLC., a full service liquid contract manufacturing company. Prior to this he served in multiple leadership positions to include CFO of Derstine’s Inc., a foodservice distribution company on the Inc. 5000 list, Director of Contracts and Chargebacks with AmerisourceBergen, a Fortune 25 Company, VP of JMC Consultants, Inc., a technology consulting firm and CFO and General Manager of Wissahickon Spring Water Inc. Andrew began his career at the Royal Crown Cola Co. as a financial accountant later moving to Royal Crown Bottling Co. as an Assistant Controller and then Controller. Andrew has a BBA in Accounting from Columbus State University and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.

Alex Spradling
Director of Operations

Alex Spradling is responsible for managing the operations at Akrometrix, including the improvement of the operational systems, processes and procedures in support of the company’s mission. He plays a significant role in long-term planning, including all initiatives geared toward operational excellence, day-to-day management of production, all aspects of quality, inventory, and facilities. Prior to Akrometrix Alex worked for the Coca-Cola Company as a Supply Quality Engineer and as a Commercialization Engineer working on projects such as the Gas-Island Vendor and the Glass Front Vendor. Alex joined Akrometrix in 2003 as a Test Engineer. In 2005 he began work as a Mechanical Design Engineer helping the company to design and improve many of its key pieces of equipment. In 2007 he began work as a Quality Engineer until he was promoted to Operations Manger in 2009. Alex holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and is a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ).

Neil Hubble
Director of Engineering

Neil Hubble is responsible for all aspects of the Engineering Department at Akrometrix. He is responsible for our Technology Roadmap which includes long range product development, ongoing continuous improvements and tactical development activities. Neil is a 10 year veteran of Akrometrix and a skilled technologist in both hardware and software implementation. Previously, Neil was a Technical Account Manager at Akrometrix, responsible for day to day technical and commercial interaction with our customers. Neil joined Akrometrix out of Georgia Tech, where he graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
